Abstract:
After the publication of Government Constitution of Lieu of Lawknown as Perpu on Community Organizations, Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) is the most vigorous public rejection in public. Even filed a lawsuit to the Constitutional Court.
Dissatisfied with legal channels extended the pressure to the government and parliament by mobilizing the mass labeled alumni 212 and invite other radical mass organizations such as FPI to make an injunction to demand the government to revoke Perppu Ormas.
The ongoing provocation of HTI and Habib Rizieq along with the elite supporters of the party aims to attract the attention of the Indonesian people as a component of Muslim corridors.
Various slanders appear to discredit the policy of the State in a theme entitled criminalization of ulema or government allergic to Muslims. This means that HTI and its supporters have already considered the history of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia has disappeared and their ranks of warriors and heroes formed a new ideological spirit.
Former Chairman of the Muhammadiyah Central Executive, Buya Syafii Maarif, appreciates the courage of Joko Widodo-Jusuf Kalla's government that issued Perppu No. 2 of 2017 on Community Organizations.
Syafii further stressed that the government regulation through the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights and the Ministry of Home Affairs is easier to dissolve social organizations that are considered anti Pancasila.
Meluasnya support to the government is also seen from the attitude of 13 other Islamic organizations, such as Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyah, Al Washliyah, Persatuan Umat Islam (PUI), Islamic Union (PERSIS), Persatuan Tarbiyah Islamiyah (PERTI), Mathla'ul Anwar, Az Zikra Foundation, Al-Ittihadiyah, Ikatan Dai Indonesia (IKADI), Rabithah Alawiyah, Persatuan Islam Tionghoa Indonesia (PITI), Nahdlatul Wathan and Association of Bina Memualis Indonesia (HBMI) who urged the government to immediately realize the plan to dissolve Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) and other anti-Pancasila radical mass organizations.
Even the General Chairman of the Board of Nahdlatul Ulama (PBNU) Said Aqil Siradj strongly supports the government's move to issue a Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (Perppu) on CSOs as the legal basis for dissolving radical organizations that undermine Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.
Pressure on the government that emerged from the largest Islamic organizations and Muslims for the government to be consistent with Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution should make a group of HTI and radical mass organizations such as FPI to realize themselves that they live in an area of Indonesia that has cultural roots and history of struggle different from Other countries that carry Islamic ideology.
Indonesian society is a homogenous pluralist not religiously and ethnically. History has recorded the PKI who aspires to build a single party in Indonesia with the notion of communism has failed to do bloody political coup d'etat including the flow of ideology. Especially with the publication of the Perpu on CSOs will increasingly drowning the communism.
HTI and its political cronies have not reached the stage of the revolution but are now in the stage of vilifying state-slanders to inspire the hearts of Muslims against one another against the government. If the legitimacy of the government is weakened and fallen, HTI and its political cronies control the parliament. It would be very easy to change the ideology of the Pancasila state.
But did some of their followers realize that the scenario would have a wide impact on the integrity of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia by bringing out civil wars like those in the Middle East and other Asian countries, experiencing continuous conflicts over the ideology of the state.
Misdirection of HTI Ideology
In the perspective of the HTI and its cronies the ideal ideological form of what continues to be sued against the land of this nation, which already has a culture and history of struggle very different from other countries. The concept of khilafah from various literatures refers to a concept that is not clearly a guideline of Muslims, in the era of the great life of the Prophet Muhammad SAW to be inherited.

It is time for the people to rise up against the powers of apostasy by HTI and its political cronies, to allow them to continue to spread the seeds of conflict in order for Indonesia to enter into the trap of countries that have experienced a civil war continue to take care, as happened in Syria and Iraq that was promoted by the Islamic State (IS) group.
The difference is the conflict in Syria and Iraq, the IS group can easily obtain weapons and have experienced military conflicts. IS makes armed forces a diplomacy to master politics.
In Indonesia the opportunity is being pioneered by HTI by disseminating its understanding to all levels of society and continuously verbalize intolerance and vilify slander against the State, to cause unrest in the midst of society. The condition will be managed to continue to take care, in turn raises social-political chaos that mengerucut government down on the road because it is considered not seriously to maintain the security of the country.
HTI strategy seeks to be present in the position of the community's unconscious room by marrying the ideology of the Khilafah and Muslims, so that it seems as if the concept of Khilafah label is the only solution to the ultimate ideology of the savior of the nation and state.
Similar HTI scenarios carried out stages to achieve a bloody political revolution by the communist movement that is divisive, pitting and spreading slander and weakening the government's ligitimacy. HTI intention, can already be prevented by the State with the power of the Public Order Regulation. HTI and radical mass organizations such as FPI and its political cronies are not failing to understand but are willing to betray the nation and state to lead the motherland of Indonesia into the trap of civil war.
