Meanwhile, the actor who became the issue of criminalization of clerics is Habib Rizieq who is currently the legal subject of alleged screenshots of conversation via WhatsApp pornographic content and Firza Husein.
The shift from the subject of the law of criminalization because of the parties that continue to associate the figure of a religious figure who is considered charismatic on the dimension of political problems. Whereas in that case, the law does not see the background of the social status of the perpetrator but the law in solving the problem fairly, let alone clarify the society's allegation against Habib Rizieq.
But there are those who are already suspected of the legal settlement. An accommodative attitude to resolve the case of pornography but prefer maneuvering the pressure of coercion through FPI mass organizations and disseminating negative opinions on the government in turn becomes a society's conclusion, disappointed and disagree with HabibRizieq criminalizing the country's customized personal and group interests agenda.
